A class is a series of strength and cardio exercises repeated two or three times with little or no rest between sets.
A class that combines cardio and strength moves that will blast fat and sculpt muscle.
Classes are generally 45 minutes to 1 hour in duration. 500-700 calories Per Workout.
Beginners stick to lower intensity activities, more advanced exercisers can do all high intensity moves.

Hi – I have been going to “fit camps” with Tom for a while now and find them thoroughly enjoyable. Not only are you outside in the fresh air – more enjoyable in the summer! but not bad in the winter – but you are exercising with a group of friends. We don’t get much time to chat but it is fun to exercise as a group.
I really notice if I have missed a couple of sessions so I try to go twice a week. Training as a group makes “personal training” economically manageable.
Have a go it is fun and certainly worth the effort. Tom is very approachable and knowledgable with your fitness and diet requirements.
